Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to Mikou Musique's offers.

1. Purpose

Mikou Musique provides an online Congolese bass (sebene) school: video courses, interactive missions, AI-powered SebeneLab analysis and, depending on the plan, personalised coaching.

2. Plans and prices

The plans (Free, Starter, SebeneLab, VIP Incubator) and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices may be adapted to your region. Mikou Musique may change its prices; your current plan stays billed at the rate you subscribed to.

3. Subscription

Subscription is completed online after creating an account. You warrant the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card (Stripe) or, depending on your region, by Mobile Money (Rapyd). Card subscriptions renew automatically at term unless cancelled. Mobile Money payments are one-off: access is granted for the paid period and renews when you make a new payment. You can manage your subscription from your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law applicable to digital content, by accessing the content immediately (courses, missions, SebeneLab) upon subscription, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for content already supplied. Booked private lessons not yet taken may be cancelled under the conditions provided.

6. Access, duration and termination

Access is personal. The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the started period. In case of breach (fraud, account sharing, unlawful content), access may be suspended.

7. Private lessons and VIP plan

Plans including private lessons (VIP Incubator) specify the number of sessions. Booked sessions follow the cancellation conditions provided at booking time.

8. User obligations

You agree not to share your credentials, not to copy or redistribute the content, and to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Liability

Mikou Musique provides the service with care but does not guarantee a specific learning outcome, which also depends on your practice. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

10. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action (see the mediation mentioned in the legal notice): mikoumusiqueservices@gmail.com.
